STARZ + WrapWomen are seeking short films by women and gender non-conforming filmmakers of color
The Telling Our Stories film competition is for short films by female filmmakers of color, narrative or documentary, highlighting themes relevant to womanhood, community and representation.
These shorts will be evaluated by industry professionals, competing for one of six finalist spots.
The six finalists will receive recognition at the Power Women Summit, and the chance to compete for the winning prize of $10,000.

Rules & Terms
- All entries must have maximum running time of 10 minutes or less.
- Submissions may have previously played film festivals.
- Submissions must have been completed after Oct 15, 2020
- Submissions are ineligible if they screened on US network or cable television, or distributed to theaters.
- Notification of the finalists by Nov 25, 2021.
- All selected finalists must upload final film by Dec 1, 2021
- All foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
- All filmmakers submitting short films or treatments must have the legal right and authority over that work.
