Cord Jefferson’s comedy-drama “American Fiction,” which earned five Oscar nominations this year, took home the award for Best Adaptive Screenplay at the 96th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 10.

Actress Da’Vine Joy Randolph is officially an Oscar winner, thanks to her performance in a film that was entirely shot in Massachusetts.

The 96th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC and in more than 200 territories worldwide.
